What's it all about?

The last section of the Munda Biddi Mountain Bike Trail was completed in April 2013. This makes it the longest mountainbike trial in the world, over 1000km in length running from Albany in South Western Australia to Perth. Thanks to the Munda Biddi Trial Foundation, the first full length Epic was organised to coincide with the official opening and this is the blog that followed it. 26 people set off on April 7 from Albany for the mammoth 3 week ride. T minus 1 day

Well finally made it to Albany. Heck it took for ever, (5 hours), to drive here and it seems like an awe fully long way to ride home. OK it seemed like a good idea at the time. No turning back now.

The bike is in one piece and ready to roll. Have run into 2 or 3 other riders Already and we are all meeting for a briefing in a half hour. Sitting on my last real bed for a few weeks reading the paper and just came across an article in the West Australian on our ride. Nice article. See photos
